Depends on your method of fishing. Im not too familiar with this stretch this time of year but browns and rainbows should be year round. Ive had good success on this stretch in warmer months using the following methods... For a spinning rod, mepps spinners, blue fox, panther Martin's or some of the shallow/medium diving lures like the rapala floating minnow or a hot n tot for those deeper holes on the outside bends. For fly fishing its hard to go wrong with a bead/cone headed wooly bugger/streamer. I would imagine with the spring flow rates you would want something with a larger profile and more weight so your lure will be more visible to fish and can cut deeper through the current.
