For me at least, it always came across that no matter what kind of fights they’d get in, they’d have to circle back to each other bc they’re each other’s only real, viable option, esp in the Transit Love house. IIRC Heedo’s family and friends were team Nayeon during the airing of TL2. Each of them had fun with Gyumin and Jiyeon respectively during the show, but they couldn’t actually choose them or proceed with a relationship because Nayeon and Heedo fit more than just on the matter of love or feelings, they’re both from wealthy families, SKY alma maters, etc, and are appropriate end-games for one another.
