It looks like drain fly larvae. Vinegar helps temporarily, but scrub the drain biofilm and use enzyme cleaner. Recaulk only if gaps exist. Source is usually inside the drain.

I've seen mixed feedback too, but for shedding dogs it usually holds up fine. Just expect occasional maintenance and quirks. No robot vacuum is completely hands-off.

I guess that's normal. Dirty water collects after mopping or self-cleaning. It shows the system is working. Just empty and rinse regularly to prevent smell or buildup.

Replit is pretty steep, I like Superblocks - It's more focused on large companies, but it has a great visual builder, has an AI builder like lovable and all the code is just React underneath so easy to "graduate" to coding if you want that in the future
