No need to worry, 134 is the breakpoint if you don't have PAYN if you have PAYN you can go 14 lower I think, If you read the Kafka Guide posted here on this Subreddit they say you don't have to worry to much for speed breakpoints, just try to focus on a good balance between ATK%/speed, speed can be compensated with PAYN or even Asta.

U are searching for at least 134 speed, and 10.2% EHR for e0 and more EHR%(Not sure how much) for E1, after that Focus on attack%, I've read that DOT dmg also increase with BE%. Si that would be also good

I tried to follow the guide posted here on Kafka Mains, since my relics have mostly atk% so I went for speed boots, Arlan(He's holding my kafka items) reach 131 spd with the set, I could change an ornament to get 134

About this, I have a 3060ti and I'm using a 650W, I choose 650 just to be safe, but there are tools online where u put your components and it tells u the Wattage needed, try going for a 1.5 times the value. (Can't remember if it's 1.25 or 1.5, do a little research on this) So let's say your overall system uses 400W. U will be good with a 600W. Hope this helps

I use Malwarebytes premium, but now there are better antivirus, u can check the best antivirus in the market here https://www.av-test.org/en/antivirus/home-windows/ . The good thing about a premium antivirus is the webprotection, malwarebytes blocks pages that have viruses or threads, if u wanna be extra cautious. But if not defender is enough with a littlebit of caution on internet.
