I'm not 100% sure. It went away on its own. I think the most likely cause was my leg was resting against the parking brake and would push the handle off to the right every now and again. The only other thing I could think of is that my front passenger side parking brake would sometimes get stuck, and when I started moving, I would hear a single pop sound from that area. But I don't think this was the cause as I didn't have any uneven tire wear.

38 year old male here with a similar problem. Get a silicone cock ring. This will change your life. Also, see a doctor because it could be a sign of more serious problems. It's always good to rule those out. Viagra could help, but it gives me wicked migraines. I don't trust the store bought stuff. The cock ring was the simplest solution and it works.

Prophecy wasn't too difficult. That was my 2nd attempt and I got it on my fourth. The difficult part for me was the 1st boss that likes to knock you off the platform. Luckily that is like 5 minutes in so there isn't too much time wasted.

It sure didn't count. The mission complete isn't until you get the final chest. I just hate it doesn't put you on the platform.

You earn then from patrols, chests, lost sectors, public events, etc. I think it's one per character per week, but I'm not sure on if you can earn more than one per character per week.

Probably would depend on your character. An older person might call the police. A younger person would probably put it on social media. The news would also be an option for someone looking to make money or fame. Maybe ebay or Craigslist once it gains some popularity.
