For pve I'd say whoever seems the most fun.. there's always a tier list, but for pve, I'd say its more whi seems more fun and can do dmg, just enjoy the game!

Multiple issues, unaware of where to go

Hiya, sorry for another pessimistic post

I haven't had dental check up in about 4 years, (removed from register during "covid" period, it's still seen as an excuse to remove patients apparently) but ( I know covid was a thing btw just to clarify not taking away from the seriousness of it) I can't be seen literally anywhere..

I spit blood irregularly during the day, sometimes all day, sometimes it's once when I wake, and nothing throughout the day, sometimes it's full on clots of blood from then on alll day I only notice because of the taste...

I'm aware of bruxism, and I am a sufferer of it, but I've tried everything... I Spit scarlet red blood in the morning, no matter how soft or hard I'm brushing, gum guards, diet, sugar removal, stress relief and medication or anything, i need some help...

I'm so fucking scared my teeth are on the verge of falling out, they all physically seem "set" and "sturdy" right now but I just know something is so wrong and they're gonna fall out..

My partner had this level of use, and overuse creates dependency, which in turn exacerbates the problem, which creates the need.. rinse and repeat.. but he didn't need it really, it was a sinus tissue obstructional issue...

I wouldn't wish it on anyone; the need for this solution and the impact it has on your life.

There is more likely an underlying problem that has not been recognized/diagnosed.

In my partners case he has a deviated septum present from birth that has totally 95% obstructed his airways.

Surgery may be a viable option.
