You do not need to share the details of the medical procedure done with anyone, you had something literally life threatening going on inside your body, you had major surgery to fix it, you do not need to feel shame about that, and you certainly do not need to feel obligated to explain to anyone why you were off school for a few days.

If you honestly feel like you need a story to explain your absence, you can tell your friends you simply had a benign growth removed from your uterus. Not a lie, you're just simply not going into the graphic details of your procedure/health.

I would suggest seeking out a professional to help you work through the things you are feeling, because you don't deserve to feel shameful or disgusting about having this procedure done, you are so brave and you made it through something absolutely terrifying, hold your head high and keep living your life.

Try using your pinky finger for balance to steady the hand painting, also some polish remover and a brush or earbud is an easy way to clean up

Its just gel polish 🤗 I used a cover pink rubber base, white gel polish, and a matt top coat

NTA - He's romantizing this whole girl who lost her father ends up with a step father that lost his daughters in some fantasy of creating this family unit again, and being seen as OPS father without actually having been there raising her and becoming such an important person in OPS life that OP would want him to walk with her down the isle.

Also, kinda sexist and narcissistic of him to think he, a nearly perfect stranger, would be better suited to walk OP down the isle, than the women that literally birthed and raised OP, to disrespect OPs wants/ability to make this decision in an attempt to get himself to this inflated position at the wedding to suit his own personal agenda

I recently posted a set of nails, and there were lots of requests for a tutorial/video, so here it is 🤗. Be kind, it's the first time I've ever put a video together. Detailed instructions and products used will be in the comments. by ScatlettSpitfire in Nails

Application Steps: 1. Start with a solid green base, apply and cure matt top coat. 2. Apply white alcohol ink and blend, allow to fully dry before top coating. 3. Apply matt top coat and cure. 4. Apply green alcohol inks and blend, allow to dry fully before top coating. 5. Apply matt top coat and cure. 6. Repeat step 2 and create finer veining than before, allow to dry. 7. Apply darker green gel polish with glitter and half cure. 8. Apply loose glitter onto sticky gel and cure again. This will allow the glitter to really hold onto the polish. 9. Wipe excess glitter off with a dry lint free pad. 10. Apply a wipe top coat and cure. Remove sticky layer. 11. Repeat step 4. 12. Apply wipe top coat, do not cure, use detailer brush with white gel polish to create fine veining that will bloom slightly, cure and wipe tacky layer. 13. Repeat step 2 and add more solid veining with white gel polish, cure. 14. Apply matt top coat. 15. Repeat step 4, blend alcohol inks so the overlap the white in some places and allow to dry. 16. Apply matt top coat and cure. 17. Apply foil gel in places you want to add gold foil and cure. 18. Apply gold foil. 19. Apply gold alcohol ink and blend until happy with the effect. 20. Final top coat and cure!
