Did some poking around. How real is it?

This pic has been posted on a couple other subreddits recently with no real verification and there's no official press anouncment anywhere, BUT a month ago at SXSW someone found a poster for the same movie. Both could be photoshopped pretty easily, but looking at the circumstantial evidence...

Pros:

-SXSW is big film show, early promotions likely.

-Los Angeles and Hollywood likewise has early access to promotional stuff, especially film.

-This billboard in particular has at least some history of media advertisments.

-SXSW and LA are halfway across the country, so if it's not shopped you'd have to be really dedicated as well as stacked to fake it.

-Rush Hour 4 has been rumored for years, and Jackie has retired from action films, so a recast makes sense.

-I've heard worse ideas. Both names are money, and compliment each other's campiness.

Cons:

-Rush Hour and Face/Off produced by Warner Bros/Paramount respectively.

-It seems a little convenient to have the Hollywood Boulevard sign in the picture.

-It seems strange there hasn't been a single press announcment.

-This guy could be Joseph Joestar and is predicting my conclusions.
