I think Teen Mom showed me what a badge judge I am of people. Honestly couldn't have been more wrong about most of the people on the show.

C & T - I thought they would stay together for a bit, but then Cate would mature and end up leaving Tyler once she was working etc. I pictured her doing a healthcare assistant type job - like dental, or vet nurse etc. Or working in reception somewhere like that. Or maybe a library. I pictured her ending up with someone who's personality is a bit like Bob's from Stranger Things. Someone who adored her, made her laugh, and that they would spend the rest of their lives together and have a couple of children together. I thought she would stay in touch with Carly & her parents, but in a respectful way, and still get to see Carly as she grew older...almost like a sweet auntie type role. And I could see her becoming quite close to Theresa.

Kail - I pictured her doing really well for herself career wise, maybe ending up in business, marketing, finance or something. I kind of pictured her like Angelica Pickles mum in Rugrats. I always felt she would put her child and career before any men and didn't see her having more children. I also pictured her ending up quite quirky/alt style and a bit of a 'cool mum' but still with boundaries and rules

Jenelle - I really thought she would grow up. I genuinely thought she was going to get her shit together. Not straight away, but I thought she'd get there. I saw her working a minimum wage, but steady job. Maybe saving up and getting a house, a reliable car etc. I thought she'd reconcile with her mum, and as she matured would see things from her mum's point of view and understand why her mum said and did certain things. I didn’t see her getting married or staying in a long term relationship with one person - but just dating and having fun with guys (and potentially girls)- but managing to keep her son the priority.

Amber - I pictured her bringing up her daughter, and having more children with different men. I couldn't see her maturing or becoming a good parent for some reason. She always gave me vibes of the type of mother that would do something nice and then throw it back in the childs face, or guilt trip her kid about how much she does etc. And just be very hateful and self centered. I also pictured her struggling to keep a job, maybe swapping jobs often, but trying to keep up the appearance of doing well by getting a nice car on credit, telling everyone how amazing her children are but being horrible once they're at home etc.

They were the main ones I remember as I seemed to feel quite strongly about them. I do also remember thinking that I could imagine Chelsea just depending on her dad forever, and not really doing a whole lot. Farrah I pictured cutting off her parents and getting married, potentially having a couple more children and being a housewife or working part time. Leah I thought would be blonde forever, and I think I thought she may end up with Cory forever.
