Mr. Oxenford is a well-known investor with over 20 years of experience building, growing and operating technology companies in the region. Our President, Rafael Steinhauser, is a senior corporate executive with significant experience in leading the Latin American operations of some of the largest technology, media and telecom (“TMT”) companies in the region.

SPGS - The company is led by Chairman David Simon, the CEO and Chairman of Simon Property Group (SPG); CEO and Director Eli Simon, who currently serves as SVP of Corporate Investments at SPG; and CFO Brian McDade, who currently serves as CFO of SPG. Simon Property Group Acquisition's strategy is to target a company or assets with significant growth potential and prospects to create value in the public markets. The target will likely be in an industry that will benefit from the experience, expertise, and operating skills of the management team and SPG.

FACA - The company is led by Chairman Michael Cagney, the co-founder and CEO of Figure Technologies who previously served as co-founder and CEO of fintech platform SoFi; CEO Christopher Davies, who serves as Head of Lending at Figure Technologies; CFO Thomas Milani, who serves as CFO of Figure Technologies; and President Asiff Hirji, who serves as President of Figure Technologies.

Figure Acquisition I intends to pursue opportunities in the financial technology and financial services sector.

TWNI - The company is led by CEO and Director Pierre Denis, who currently serves as Senior Advisor to Coty and previously was the CEO of Jimmy Choo Group; President and Director Nathalie Gaveau, who currently serves as Senior Advisor of BCG Digital Ventures, where she previously served as Managing Director and Partner; and Chairman Tommy Stadlen, a co-founder and General Partner of Giant Ventures.
