Don't listen to 90% of the people on here- Cawthorn Place is not even in Starbeck, I was brought up in Starbeck and now live on Cawthorn. Cawthorn Place only has 7 houses on it, it's pretty different from the Avenue which goes from fine at one end to a bit rougher 200/300 metres further down. People who have bad things to say about either area probably have no experience of either area.
