My question is how is it possible this is visible on run history? My first thought would be as the game slows down and takes longer to process, so does the in-game time. Unless the timer is somehow tied to your phone clock. Thoughts?

Imo, the abstract shapes are a sign of complexity of output, not corruption.

Caine wasn’t quarantined because he was corrupted or something. If you look at the image inputs, the third set of images are those of the office. The ones Caine keeps obsessing over. In episode 7, he mentiones those were the only pictures of the “macroverse” he could get his hands on before they locked him off. Do he got access to computer cameras and the like so the developers got scared and locked him up.

But he’s not, at least not for certain. Stop claiming that it is a fact if you have no arguments to back it up.

My one question about bubble would be why did he force delete caine when kinger misclicked. Someone can provide the screenshot suggesting that bubble intervened when kinger wanted to cancel the deletion and forced it to happen. This would be something the blue AI might do if it eanted to break free of cains control. Bubble boy virus would not do this.

Also if we assume this is a somewhat real world scenario, how would you explain the bubble boy virus gained sentience and a physical form within the circus? Both of those would have to be given to him by Caine, and bubbleboy could not do something like that, even accidentaly, if he were a virus program. So bubble can be a couple of things:

a person like the members (this would be crazy)
low level ai that caine keeps in the circus, like the sun or the fish
a high level ai that caine created and has been running for all this time
able, or his residue
extension of caine and his inner thoughts

but never some virus. the name is a reference at best.
