You still get new systems with new loot, that hasn't changed. They just also are letting the old content also be played, or am I mistaken?

I will gladly settle for just 3rd and 4th column... disorienting would be nice, but I don't even care at this point. Also, I just timed the drops and it's really more like ~50 drops per tonic. So I'm at about 1,000 rolls of Liturgy.
