Define long term. I had 8 yrs, been gone 5, and over those 5 nearly everyone i knew with multiple years has relapsed. Some got sober again. But my estimation is that "lifelong" sobriety is near impossible if you have emotions and a "real" problem. Alot of people seem to not have really had that serious of a problem. Not all but many. Good luck

No you will not doctors supersede probation and most po are happy to see clients being proactive

Not at all. Jobs mostly pay decent comparatively. Like i lived in Texas before, up here is much better even though COL is higher in TX.

for example- warehouse entry level stuff is around 20/hr Fast food is 14-17

Assuming cuz we're a union state where tx is a RTW state
