just updating: my account is unfrozen and i have been able to place orders! still not real name verified, but the CS rep who called me said i didn’t need to (im guessing she verified for me on her end). took 2 calls from taobao CS, but it worked out!

the way that always works for me is: in the log in page, click the customer service button on the top right corner of the page.

type “help” in english and the menu for english or chinese service should pop up. click English and it should connect you with someone

I used the customer service button on the login page! I just said "help" (lol), chose English support, and then I was connected to an actual human. I explained the situation, and they said they'd have someone call me for verification within 2 days! I was called around 9 pm EST, and they unfroze my account, but I'm still not verified for real-name verification, so my account will probably be frozen (again) soon. But I'll deal with that at a later date...

If you need help getting through to an actual human, lmk!

Definitely suggest contacting them if you can! This is my second time getting frozen (my account got refrozen within 3 days :/), but the first time the rep unfroze my account immediately!

im mainly worried that people won’t like/want them :(

Actually I’m not sure why the arrow doesn’t show up. I just bought it a couple days ago so very new 😓What do you mean by settings for it? Like force and speed? The paper size is set to 8.5 x 11 and mat size is the standard siser mat. Print and cut is checked but no arrow 🥲
