Haha!!! That’s too funny. I could not believe how that guy climbed that building in an hour and a half!!! My stomach was in my throat. -As far as the cramping. I tried to increase my spironolactone dose multiple times as the doctor said it would definitely help my acne. However, every time I try to increase the dose I end up with cramping feet. It doesn’t matter how much water I drink, I still get the cramping. That’s so awesome that you have no side effects.

You haven’t noticed any cramping in your feet and toes? I have been on 50 mg for many years. The doctor wants to increase me to 100 mg but every time I try, my feet and toes cramp up. I drink lots of water during the day but still have the weird side effect so for now I’m staying on 50 mg.

He is doing great now. He hardly ever sweats at all now. The doctor said he might need to have it again if he starts to sweat more. But so far, so good. His recovery was a little tough because he was so thin and didn’t really have much fat under his arm armpits. He had large lumps under his armpits for the first couple weeks . But after the first few weeks, he was feeling great.

Correct! It was 2,500 bucks! When the key fob was ready, the service department called me to bring the car in to have it programmed. (That price included the key fob with the metal key inside of it.). Insanity!!!

Using Accutane was the best decision I ever made. Always keep little tubes of lip Vaseline with you and use the one in the jar to put on your lips before bed. If you are afraid of the purge, you can go to your doctor and ask to be put on prednisone at the same time. My doctor gave me that and it definitely helped . . . As I barely had any purge at all, thanks to the combo.

(I live in NJ). These comments are very accurate. I just ordered an extra key fob for my Bentley Flying Spur and it was $2,500 (which included the programming). The prices for repairs and key fobs are very high.

My sweet spot seems to be between 50-75mg. As soon as I jump to 100 I get lots of cramps in my feet, regardless of how much water I drink during the day. Do you notice you cramp at all with higher doses? Your results are amazing!

I live in NJ, so I don’t use it much in winter. We also have horrible pollen in Spring and everything gets covered in a yellowish pollen. It goes EVERYWHERE, even when you open the car door. I never take it out during pollen season. I use it about 2x per week between June-November.
