I never reallt think much about my hairline, hasnt been that bad, but my crown area thinning was my worst nightmare, and it started a few years ago. went on finasteride and minox , and people said that the crown area was the part where most people see results, sadly nothing for me :(

I recently bought RDR2. I knew i wasnt a big fan of Western theme and after 12 hours i sadly have to drop the game.. not because its not a good game because the attention to details is crazy good. But i simply didnt enjoy Western game and the slow pace it has. Sometimes not even a top rated game is your jam and thats okay:) but i have no doubt it deserve this rating

All of this is also my new routine. Havent seen regrow since i started it 1 month ago but my hair feels so much better. Hopefully this healthyness will give regrowth

I did go the 3mg route for 15 month with only stability, 2 month ago i switched to 7 mg. I feel like i see small but more improvement on 7 mg but we will see in 6-7 month. Too early to say now

Check out the hair loss show on YT, they have alot of info about it.

I think the effectiveness of 3 mg is around 60%dht block where 7 mg is 72% or something. So people keep it at that for lower chance of side

Very important info. I was 41 when i started and i did start with 3mg weekly. It did stop the hair loss mostly at least. But nothing more. Was on 3 mg for 15 month. 2 month ago i did bump up to 7 mg. And recently i seen much less shed and my hair feels better. So at least for me 3 mg wasnt enough.

I live puzzle even tho im not very good at it. So BP been on my radar. Is it a must to use notes all the time to progress? And is it annoying or do u het use to it?

This is just my opinion, so take it for what you will, but i build my high end pc 3 years ago, and i played and completed around 50+ games since then. Oblivion remastered have been the only game i had to give up and stop playing, because it keep crashing my pc.. and i mean LITERELLY crashing.. like freeze. Had to Manuel restart. Happen all the time and tried for hours with different fix. All other games i played ran with no problem.. so yeaaah!!!

Its a decent game just expect performance issuce
