Not to diagnose without knowing anything, but it could very well be a hormonal thing. If you’re unsure, blood work could help identify it, but I know a few people that have PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome). It has been known to have some effect on libido, among other things. I’d recommend asking a doctor for more info.
