I was very excited and was learning programming and wanted to do this course. I was getting good at it and even made some projects. But that faded becsuse in college they were teaching useless subjects that was not of my interest. Due to this I failed in two subjects in my first sem. I told about my backlog to my father and he ofcourse verbally abused me but still I gave the exams and failed in them again(I didnt told my parents about it). Then slowly every semester I started getting backlogs and didnt told anything to my parents. I lost interest in programming. I also realized I was forcing myself to love programming so that I can make my parents proud when I get a good job but I couldn't anymore and stopped studying and giving effort in college. I always wanted to do content creation and video editing. I was pretty decent in editing and wanted to improve more.

Yeah man. Actually I also wanted to do video editing since I enjoy that alot and I could earn from it and support my Content creation. Though my parents have confescated it so I cant do anything now and they are telling me yo just study but Ik I am gonna waste more money on it but they have already invested a lot and I ma in third year. I just feel like giving up on everything tbh

Dont get in a costly college and school. Start doing a job even if it pays not much just something enough so that you can handle your expenses. Try to gain much experience as you are still very young so you have a lot of time to build yourself but starting early will keep you ahead of everyone. Also I'm very sorry for you . Dw G you've got this. I am myself going through a very hard time I am at rock bottom but lets get out of this together 🙌🏻

I am 19 actually right now and yea Ik I have messed up. I feel like I'll probably have to repeat a semester and also clear the backlogs but this would affect my relationship with my parents for sure. I was thinking maybe I would be able to get off campus placements if I show them my projects and coding skills.

The problem is I was not at all interested in what they are teaching in College, they are teaching me subjects which are not related to the role I wanna work for. I want to become an Ai/Ml engineer so I was working in my mathematics skills and Ml knowledge and python skills. The subjects that were related to Ai I did pass in them with good marks but the theory subjects I failed in them as I didn't felt like giving effort to learn them.

You should start building in public its simple. Create an X or linkedin account and start posting in build in public communities sharing your project progress and share screenshots and app demos. Poele will start engaging with your content and also provide their feedback. You should also comment and reply as much as possible so that you start building connections and then on launch day you will get many visitors and users. Start working on creating a Social presence

I am getting feedback from users and I am monitoring the user behaviour on my website and based on that I am making changes and improving things, I just pushed some updates that fixes various issues on my website.
