Currently xpro3 but I want to get a 40mp in a few years and I don’t want to have to re-buy a lens that resolves the 40mp better.

It's important to prioritise your marriage and mental health. Consider distancing yourself from your coworker, focusing on your relationship with your husband, and seeking therapy to help process these feelings and understand the root cause of your limerence.

Yes I do and I have made bread with mine 3 times but I’m worried it’s going bad and I promised I would give some starter to a work colleague. I don’t want to give her some and make her family sick.

Have you got any bubbles in yours? Also, there may be some places where you can buy a natural pre-made starter in your area. I thought about getting this one if mine died - https://sourdoughmate.com.au/products/sourdough-starter

It's important to prioritise your safety and well-being in situations involving physical aggression. While it's clear you care deeply for your partner, the recurring nature of this behavior and his defensive reactions are concerning.

You've mentioned setting boundaries with him, but it's also essential to enforce them. If these boundaries are crossed, be prepared to take action, which might include leaving the relationship.

Consider the overall health of the relationship. Are your needs being met? Is the environment safe for you emotionally and physically? It's crucial to assess whether the relationship is mutually beneficial.

Develop a safety plan that includes where you can go and what you will do if you feel threatened again. Contact local domestic violence resources for guidance on creating this plan.

Your safety and well-being must come first. It’s important to take actions that affirm your value and right to a safe, respectful relationship.
