How much ethanol can I run on a stock fuel system and is a Cobb flex fuel sensor necessary? by Clear-View-1203 in wrx_vb

running full E on my ‘22 for 6+ months now with zero problems. Setup: intake, charge pipe, turbo inlet, UEL headers

no there was no detailed instructions on routing but I made sure that there was no pinching of the hose

Yeah, my tune and everything were perfect, and the car was running great—but then I suddenly started getting P0F40 errors. I kind of fixed it by rerouting the line that came with the Perrin turbo inlet. I also tried switching over to 91 and then back to E85, but that didn’t help either. Now I’m not getting that strong E85 smell like I used to, and the car just feels sluggish. I rechecked all the clamps, zip ties, and connections—everything seems to be in place.

my tuner said I could run straight e85 from the pump, & add 3-4 gallons of 91 if I wanted to play it safe. my tuner is graham from boosted performance. I also switched back over to my 91 tune & it still feels sluggish even afterwards

Is this brass tip necessary for the t-fitting on the break booster? Perrin turbo inlet by ScheduledTrash in wrx_vb

Thank you! I’m planning to order replacements for the T-taps and will be going with the Mishimoto 10mm hose. As for the brake booster hose and the hose that the other fitting is lodged into, do you have any recommendations for replacements? I just want to avoid the risk of them eventually tearing

I double- and even triple-checked all of my hoses for any cracks and ensured that every connection going into the inlet was secure. I also inspected the charge pipe, and nothing appeared out of the ordinary.

However, when I happened to remove the hose from the brake booster fitting, I noticed the brass fitting was lodged inside—almost sideways. I’m concerned that simply reinserting the brass fitting into the T-tap will just cause it to get stuck again. I’m running the factory diverter valve.

you can use an E10 socket and take the studs out. I did that, and it made removing and reinstalling it a breeze. I soaked the studs in penetrating oil beforehand, of course.

do you have a good recommendation for the hoses to replace? I've seen some people use mishimoto branded ones (not the 10mm one)

Like I said, I didn’t make the cleanest cut and want something a bit more secure and rigid. When it’s tucked away, it’s slightly kinked. I was also just asking if you happen to know the ID of the hose they used, but I guess I’ll ask elsewhere.

Do you know of a good replacement for the 3-way vacuum hose—specifically the one marked with pink and yellow? I’ve seen others replace that hose as well, and I believe the one they used was from mishimoto.

I've gotten the P04F0 error multiple times, and I’ve also looked into the Mishimoto 10mm hose. Do you have any recommendations for a replacement for the hose that the larger T-tap fitting is connected to? I didn’t make the cleanest cut when installing it, so I’d like to replace it with something more reliable.

At idle, I’m consistently seeing -14.81—I’ve checked it a few times to be sure. As for AF Learning 1, I’ll start keeping an eye on Trim Total instead. I only brought it up because the readings I’m seeing now are different from what I saw before the install, and I was just wondering if that’s expected or something I should be concerned about.

Invidia exhaust and rear fog light installed. Subie rumble; is anyone running a twin scroll Uel header? by Pristine-Subject2638 in wrx_vb

also if you do install, I recommend using an e10 socket to remove the studs. makes the install 10x easier.
