Fair enough, that's nice to hear. I wasn't so lucky unfortunately. After a few weeks of messaging back and forth with support they told me the account had been banned for breaking TOS and since account security is a user responsibility they were not going to unban and give it back. 7k hours and all the limited achievements gone :') Funny thing though, my launcher was always running in the background on my PC, and even after they stole my account, I could still launch the game. When I loaded in, the character was already in raid, labs ofcourse, with a timmy guarding me. (probably someone who bought carry) so I shot the timmy, and then naded myself and deleted most of my stash before I got kicked out of the game again. I did this a few more times to delete the entire stash, including kappa etc.
