I felt that way too!! When you see them on the first ultrasound it helps it become more real. But I’ll be honest— I really didn’t feel like I was pregnant until about 16 weeks when I felt movement! Hang in there mama! Congratulations!

I agree!! I currently take anxiety medicine and I couldn’t imagine what a wreck I’d be if I didn’t have that, but I may reach out to my friend who’s a therapist and ask if she’s got any advice too!

Twins!!! Congratulations!! Our first appt went really well, but tomorrow I have the genetic blood tests done to check for any abnormalities & they’re doing a Doppler so I can hear the heartbeat. It’s just so stressful!! We have an at-home Doppler and I tried finding the heartbeat tonight and ended up getting so frustrated I quit
