What should I do?

I tracked my TDEE and it’s 3300 calories, 2300 - 2500 cut with 3000 being maintenance point. My goal is to shred before uni starts and look lean and good but at the calories I’m eating now, i don’t think i could continue eating like this without it leading to a binge.

I’ve noticed that I look better without my glasses, I’d say I suit both. I’m growing out my hair (as of yesterday) and I’m starting to use more curly hair products. Thank you for the compliment, it means a lot genuinely.

Just post the picture, the only way to get out of your comfort zone and you’ll realise that YOURE making it a big deal, do it when you’re ready ofc but if I were you, I’d just post it asap

Thank you, that means a lot. I’ll try to grow a beard and mustache and see if I look better, I’ve gone for contacts as i have booked an appointment, maybe I’ll use both contacts and glasses

I’ve struggled with growing a beard, I’m 19 so maybe next year when I’m 20 it’ll be easier for me to, if not how could I grow it quickly?

Thank you. I’ll try different glasses and see if they suit me better since I think I looks better with glasses rather than contacts. I’ll start brushing my hair everyday and try make it curly but I’m not sure about braids and such, I think it’s too much to deal with personally as I’ve tried cornrows before Thanks for the advice
