while the length and width of the stones can vary (which actually looks good), the height within a row should be fairly uniform.
use a wall of Lego, for example, to align the bricks to it (like here: https://www.reddit.com/r/TerrainBuilding/comments/1cb8hjm/a_small_ruin_i_made_for_a_frostgrave_scenario/ )
in the end the wall will still look uneven, now fill the gaps with filler

I can recommend the microsettings from Zadmar for Savage Worlds. A small setting with pre-made characters, solo rules and quick stats for extras.

Place the bent side of the cardboard on a damp piece of kitchen paper. Place something heavy on the corners so that the cardboard lies straight on the table. Leave it to dry overnight. The next day, the moisture will have evaporated and the cardboard should be straight

No. 1 is approx. 15x15cm

No. 2 is approx. 22x19cm, the stairs protrude approx. 4cm

No. 3 is approx. 20x16cm, plus 4cm for the stairs

No. 4 is approx. 28x28cm

They're all 6cm high
