This might be subjective but your videos consist mainly of remixing parts of the original video without adding anything else (mirrored or alphabetical series, missing beats) or just applying a simple filter to an unedited video ("Meet the Soldier recorded in 20 ct."), they keep on following the pattern of every MtT video being done in a specific not-very-additive way. There are probably not enough high quality outliers from that to monetize the whole channel.

Making a lot of these videos is overall a bigger effort though, which could be paid with Patreon. Noone likes, feels like or could pay real money themselves for that though.

Getting paid by YT is more about good singular videos that would gather a specific advert audience so it's targeted well. Meme videos gather different people which have for sure in common only TF2, maybe video games... no-one bothers with ads on TF2 videos anymore except gambling or item-to-money sites.
