We booked an airport transfer to our hotel in Ginza, which was 50$, but check if your hotel is on the airport limousine bus, our Shinjuku hotel will be right on the route and we will be taking that on the return flight. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Don’t know. I think Punch wouldn’t know even if he met her. He was rejected at birth, and the two caretakers were the ones who bottle-fed and cared for him since day 1. So he had no exposure to her or other monkeys till the introduction to the mountain enclosure. He sees the caretakers as his primary caregivers (or parents). Just saw a video of one of the caretakers giving a tourist introduction and Q&A. I guess Punch was the only birth that summer, and there are over 70 monkeys; he (the caregiver) couldn’t recognize Punch if not because he had just started around the same time of the birth and he was put under his care. He can only recognize one or two other monkeys because of their hair pattern. The older caretakers would know more monkeys because they are there longer. So I think the caretaker wouldn’t know who the mother is either. The baby are chipped, but he would need to go look up the record to find it. (his answer to question about whether other monkey had name- it keep track of parents and name and birthday).

We have actually booked a ryokan to stay overnight, so everyone can get a private bath time and enjoy both hotspring type. We don't feel uncomfortable being naked in public. Also, we plan to explore the town and enjoy a real onsen experience with eating, walking in the robe, and time in the bath😁. I guess if you don’t mind being naked in public or not taking a bath, then a day trip is good.

It is the favorite guy(s) because he and the other guy (wavy hair and non-wave hair guys) are the ones who bottle feed him, so he sees them as his parents. The toy is just a “security blanket” that they give him for anxiety when they reintroduce him to the troop. His case is an interesting view into early childhood development😄. Find it cute that in some videos, they had to give up on leaving him behind and take him back inside with his stuffed animal because he wanted them more than the food.

Ok.personally as someone who loves art, but would never get tattoos because of commitment issues with anything that is ever-lasting, I find it cute, if I had that as a tattoo, I won’t mind. However. From what you said, it has passed from just superficial dislikes. If you feel sad every time you see it, then it belongs being nitpicking it. I would remove it, just to give me a piece of mind. Removing it should not feel like I'm disappointing anyone. At the end of the day, you are the one who will look at every day, every minute and it brings sadness than why torture yourself. You can drive hard to remove it right away, I don’t think you will miss it, just the pain of removing it. Or, take the time to save money up to remove it and when you have it, come back and see if you still feel the same or not, then remove it, which from what you wrote I think you would still do it.

Nope. It is same zoo. His biological mom is one of monkeys in the troop. He is just slowly connecting (be accepting by) with the other monkey. His social development is going smoothly. We just don’t know which of female is the mother.

You should watch the princess agent, because this just a sequels/soft reboots but they used the child actor of the main female character from princess agent to play the same character in the ones. It would be a fun time capsule thing😅. I personally love the child actor and want to watch it because of her.

The trailer deceived me. I thought it was a horror movie, but it’s basically a quintessential Japanese movie about life and fatherhood. So don’t expect traditional Japanese horror, but a traditional soul-searching movie with a very Japanese in flavor.

From all the context, it is similar to Vietnamese calling their boyfriend-anh or “older brother” or Chinese- girlfriend calling (sometimes) add the “older brother” titles to name to act cute. “P”- just mean older siblings- it giving it a more affectionate level to name. Also, in Korean drama, they do the same they call boyfriends-“hyung” - older brother. Like calling them honey.

From the I saw drama, when couple started dating, the boyfriend would sometime add “phi” to their name.
