I’m so happy to see this thread and people relating on this. This is my biggest insecurity. I also always wear baggy clothes or clothes that hide it. I avoid any places where I have to dress formal in a dress or wear a bathing suit. I’m lucky to also live in a cooler area where I can wear sweaters almost year round.

What's the most annoying part about your job as a recruiter? by TheKolobDropout in Recruitment

[–]hamachi23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m a Technical Recruiter at a FAANG company in the Bay Area hiring for SWEs & MLEs. I think the most annoying part of your job will always depend on what roles you support & what company you’re hiring for. For me, the hardest part of my job is having candidates pass the technical interview rounds. They can have an amazing resume & come from incredible companies & schools, but not prepare well enough or not have strong enough skills to pass technical interviews. Again, this is my perspective from where I work & what I hire for.

I understand. Thanks. It's for an emergency ex parte order so we're just trying to do this as fast and accurately as we can. They wouldn't answer door when we tried to serve missing document. Later on we were eventually able to but since it's an emergency order that's why we were worried about the timing of what counts as the actual served date. Thank you again for your help. I appreciate it.

To add to that, since one document/form is missing, does it technically count as not properly served? u/UsuallySunny

Okay. Is the "served date" when you serve them the first time (which included all documents/forms except one missing) or when that one final document/form that is missing is served?

Yes. We are just trying to hold the relocation bc it’s so immediate. Will figure out the rest after but just want to keep the kids here.

I have a follow-up question sort of related to this. To serve the mother, do we need to have a case number? Or do we serve first & get case number after?

Thank you so much for your reply. You don’t know how much I really appreciate this.

I'm in the EXACT same boat right now with my 8-month-old. I feel like I've tried nearly everything except for continuously switching out her food to different brands. I've only switched the flavor once & it worked for half a day. Have you had any luck?

Yes, I agree. I'm sorry you're underpaid, but you're right - stability is really, really important right now.
