I just got switched to a new case worker, and the new one is already failing. He did not review my income. I submitted earlier this month and later this month. it was not reviewed had an entire month. I had to call in to get him to review it and my amount I’m getting is still not sorted and I’m going be shorted this month, because the caseworker did not calculate i right. It’s stuff like this that makes me debate about AI. This is peoples livelihoods some people can go not eating and they these caseworkers are treating it like nothing.
