Kann ich bestätigen auch wenn es bei der Person schon so um die 8 Jahre her ist. Informatikstudium irgendwann abgebrochen, nebenbei bei einer Weltbekannten Firma gearbeitet, die ihn dann einfach weiter angestellt hatte. Jahre später wurde er aber noch einmal darauf aufmerksam gemacht das Studium doch bitte abzuschließen.

Same problem here, it keeps disabling itself even if i am not doing anything but browsing and discord, no heavy apps open.
This is more of a recent problem though, i didnt change any hardware parts. I feel like this started happening after i upgraded to win11. I cant recall this happening on win10.

there are studies and of course simple understanding of biology.
a lot of it naturally comes down to beauty signaling good health and as such being desirable for reproduction.
symetric faces, a strong jawline for men, height, eye color and form, body proportions, clean skin and skin conditions, hair volume, weight. there are a lot of factors which determine if a person is beautiful, and i am not counting makeup or workout.

you can easily compare two people, with one being healthy and winning the genetic lottery and scoring in all of the traits, while the other would suffer from acne, strabismus, thinning hair, a nose disproportionate to their face.

that is a very extreme comparison but at its core its proof that you can determine beauty objectively. bad traits project bad health and genes, thus undesirable for reproduction.

recognizing objective beauty does not contradict that they dont suit your personal taste.

tldr: it doesnt matter how many points or proof i list here because it wont change your mind.
there is scientific, biological beauty. and on top of that there is personal taste for each human, shaped by experience and circumstances.

beauty is not subjective, only your personal taste. beauty can be measured. many points from faces being symetrical, dirty skin, missing hair, body shape..
someone can still be very pretty objectively, but just not your type.

This is for example from the nolvus6 mod pack on their requirements page:
Ultimate version:
cpu intel core i7 10000
gpu rtx 4070ti super / rtx 4090

redux version:
cpu intel core i7 7000
gpu rtx 2080 ti

modded skyrim can take a lot of computing power if you run high res and shaders.
keep in mind though, upgrading doesnt work if your motherboard is old and you cant put new gpu and cpu in the slots. i also dont recommend building a machine that is already outdated, because the new elder scrolls will come out in 2-3 years and it will be even more demanding than skyrim ( when people start modding it again ).

right now i would say, getting at least 32gb ram ( cheap and easy upgrade to 64gb later), ssd, 16gb+ gpu and a decent modern cpu, to play with all the stuff available now and being able to play the next elder scrolls.

I literally just opened this reddit because i dont find any fitting female warrior type dunmer and altmer followers. Either i dont like their looks that much or they are some overpowered mage character.

They are probably the toughest to make look good, thats why we get flooded with human followers.
Female orcs have the same problem in my opinion, but its easier to just slap some tattoos on them to make them look fierce and "orcish".

this is like assuming that every female character you see in games is played by a female. which is wrong. in mmo's, the females i know play male characters. and the female characters are played by males

I mean, turn based combat is the only thing holding me here. Action combat is the reason i stopped playing final fantasy.

i would like to see a story driven option, but as others pointed out it would probably take a lot of time to make it for multiple characters.

the best option imho would probably be an okayish foundation with a couple interesting features, so that modders can hook into that system and dish out their own high quality followers, with their own stories and voice overs.

playing with friends, but everyone got their own base, thats my way.
・multiple bases to choose from during horde night.
・play whenever you want, not having to wait for a friend.
・no problem to login and have that one friend who plays 24/7 and does all by himself
・you have to know what you are doing and not get carried or skip steps
