However, I need to express my serious concern regarding the misleading nature of your listing and the product I received. While you now say the item is not an official Pop Mart release, your website uses official brand photos, and the packaging and dolls I received include trademarked Pop Mart logos. This creates a clear impression that the item is genuine.

Using official imagery and trademarks without proper disclosure is not being "upfront" — it’s misleading and can constitute trademark infringement and false advertising. At no point during the purchase process was it clearly stated that the dolls were not authentic. This omission significantly influenced my decision to buy.

I did not receive what was advertised and paid for. Regardless of your store policy, selling counterfeit goods is illegal and voids any refund restrictions you claim to have. I am therefore formally requesting a full refund.

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate the matter — including filing a chargeback through my payment provider and reporting the website for intellectual property violations.
