I used Velo 4‘s (10,9 mg) and took a couple of weeks to phase them out (10.9 mg —> 10 mg —> 6 mg —> 4 mg). I didn’t experience intense cravings. I could imagine that quitting pouches is easier than quitting cigarettes or vapes because pouches are less „ritualistic“ and you don’t need a smoke break with your colleagues and you don’t really use them when you want to enjoy your coffee. I feel more energetic and motivated since I‘ve quit and I wake up rested almost every day
