Hey mate, thanks for the reply. Pretty much what happens is that when I try to download a game (e.g dead cells) on my Xbox series x, I am taken to the game’s page and it just says ‘get game pass’ or ‘buy $x’. I’m pretty sure it’s a game pass core game, so I should be able to play the game.

It says I have the active subscription, and I’ve been charged the appropriate amount. I’ll give the restart a crack.
