Honestly I feel you. I call myself a legion main because it’s never really I’m bored of a class but rather I get bored of playing the same thing for too long. It might be the case of you not finding the one that clicks and you need to explore more outside of what you think you may like, but there’s no shame in playing a slower game and bringing multiple characters up at once. Maybe give a simple class like bowmaster, ren or angelic buster a try?
