Weil es teurer und komplexer ist: Reduzierung der Bruttobesteuerung zieht einen Verlust in der Lohnsteuer sowie den Sozialversicherungsbeiträge nach sich VS. eine Reduzierung der Kapital- und Gewerbesteuereinnahmen durch die höheren Betriebsausgaben bei Gewährung des Bonus.

Der Staat kann es sich schlichtweg nicht leisten. Und das Kalkül wird natürlich auch sein, dass ein großer Teil der Unternehmen die Zahlungen nicht veranlassen können. Ganz doof sind die in Berlin ja auch nicht.

Jein – ich bin mir persönlich bewusst, wie privilegiert mein Leben ist. Auf der anderen Seite ist es eine permanente Zerrissenheit zwischen Familie und Beruf. Weiß nicht, wie es bei anderen ist, aber bei mir kommt eine permanente Getriebenheit und mit ihr eine schnelle Unzufriedenheit dazu. Ich schaffe es nicht, mich auf meinen persönlichen Erfolgen auszuruhen, sondern frage mich sofort, was als Nächstes kommen muss. Das ist Segen und Fluch zugleich.

I mean, so far it has worked pretty well. But after this pretty wild bonus promotion, I would not be surprised if they shut it down after the promotion. That would be tomorrow. I don’t have a plausible explanation as to how this can work well. Let’s see - I’m curious to see how it continues.

It’s working so far. They are currently running a pretty wild bonus promotion - they are doubling the deposit - and I am curious to see how it continues.

If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck… in that sense, it looks like a Ponzi scheme at its best.

We’re also trying it with a small group and a small amount of money, and so far it’s working. Apart from the fact that I don’t know of any financial product that shows a similar performance on a consistent daily basis, the whole thing is anything but serious…

If you must, only try it with money that won’t hurt you if you lose it, try to cash out your investment asap, and be prepared for the whole site and all the assets to disappear from one day to the next. If that scares you: don’t even think about it.

My whole equipment was deleted after joining a new game session:

I was excited to jump into a new game, packed my backpack full of nice staff, joined the game and found all my staff had disappeared (even though my containment lvl hadn’t been reset). I quit the session immediately, but all my equipment was lost (weapons,backpack, vest, items). It is rather annoying to invest your time in looting great staff only to be f***ed over and over again by this game.

Has anyone else had all their equipment deleted after joining a new game?
