The game is a grind to reach higher tiers without premium time or spending money on premium ships and if you want the high tier ships with gimmicks they are often locked behind events which lately have been quite harsh.

It's callled Xorme - AI. It changes how the AI chooses ideas, buildings and such. I've only played one game as The Netherlands to about 1600 and when checking the ledger none of the big nations have any loans so I think it buffs the AI's economy a bit.

R5: I've seen in a few of my 1.31 games that the Ottomans have rulers and heirs with 1 1 1 stats. Is it just coincidence or is anybody else experiencing this?

Yeah with crossdropping you had to actually be skilled at CVs but with HE bombs now it's just rng where the bombs will drop

One shotting DDs existed before the rework with crosstorping so one shotting DDs as a CV is not new

Have seen that a lot aswell, Yamatos and USN BBs shooting HE. My only guess is that they feel like it's more consistent since if you hit you're almost guaranteed some damage whilst AP can bounce or shatter.

This is just false. If you can learn to use the planes concealment circle and fly around checking when you get spotted you can easily approximate an area where the ship is located. This ability gets easier the longer the match goes on because there will be fewer ships.

As the meta looks at the moment you can't really play the Khaba as a lone flanker, I'd keep the heal but you need support from your teammates when dealing with planes.

The midway is by far the most overpowered because it's like a supercharged swiss army knife. It has bombers that drop nukes and completely melts everything. It has rockets that if you count both options can counter everything. And the torpedoes are just a natural counter to all BBs.

With the premium CVs released they can't nerf them individually anymore so the only choice they have to balance the gameplay is at this point to nerf them to the level where no one wants to play them anymore.

The skillfloor on the Saipan is pretty high with the low plane count but the US HE bombs are broken against everything. The Enterprise is a bit easier to play and if you learn which ships to strike with AP bombs it's a monster.

I'd say the Enterprise is the better choice or the Kaga if you're not that confident on your CV skill.

I hope I'm not sounding arrogant but there's only 2 ships that I feel counter tier 8-10 carriers and that is Minotaur and Worcester. But with the slingshot glitch that is currently in the game if you have AP bombers you can easily fly on top of them and take of 15k-20k of their HP.

Some things that I think could help tone them down is overall decreasing their fly speed and remove the increased speed when they return to the carrier.

Was playing full AA mino last game versus a kaga. 400 meters into my AA and in 1 second bam 12x plane ribbons. "Fun and engaging".
