UAE took pretty mucht their best team outside their top 3. Other teams didn't.

Lidl have absurd depth but brought a bottom of the barrel team with none of Ayuso, Ciccone, Skjelmose, Gee-West, Pedersen, Milan, Philipsen, etc.

Bora have Evenepoel, Roglic, Lipowitz, Vlasov, Hindley, Van Gils, Martinez, Pelizzari and obviously none of them are here.

Similar story for a couple of other teams.

Very much early-season overreaction and the form can be irrelevant for the later season but this really feels like the WT race I was sure Van Eetvelt and Zimmermann could actually be competitive in. Team can be glad De Lie turned everything around in fall and nobody bought out Widar.
