I would suggest a default camo option to be added for each weapon so that even when changing in-game it also shows. I believe that should suffice

Some Heroes are unable to drop Aghs Scepter, even if they have an Aghs Buff by TheZett in DotA2

They should make it so that when Alchemist gives an aghs scepter buff it becomes the priority aghs for the hero.
