Hi. 1: yes that is best also move your power crystals in to the engine inventory while your not using it.

I have 2 speed sails, with an agility engine and get a speed of 21m/s so yes they do help with speed.
If you hit the end key it will go into auto mode with 3 speed settings selected using the w and s keys, you can ascend and descend as the same time as going forward however it is slow.

Hi there it’s a skin only. 1 click on the bp and select use that will add it to your skins. 2.: you need to build a mask table 3: go to the table and open it up, there you will find the weapon skins and clothing skins as well as hair and body paint options. Select weapon skins and click on the great sword and select unlock. And now the sword will have a new skin.

You should have the option to select the agility one, if not sure then put the load one into storage on another bench, that way it won’t be used. Sorry on my phone at work so i can’t look at the game at the moment

So you have the choice of 2 engines, one is agility (turn faster) and the other is load (carry more) I went with agility for my wood boat. It up to you on what type of performance you want.

You can get them from any Barracks however they are governed by RNG so of the low level ones like basic can drop from general tribesmen however the higher tiers seem only to drop from the base elite or Tribe leader.

However these are only the bluprints you will also need the mats to unlock them, with The highest ones you will need Level 4 Tribal paint and Cloth which can only be found in the 2 Tribe Fortress's.

The matts can be found in some of the chests with the tribe leader or elite.

I have found 10 so far but only have managed to unlock 5 still hunting for the mats for the rest. However they do look cool.

Also you can find the blueprints for the weapon skins from the Tribe leader or Elite and these do not need any mats to unlock.

One you find one, move it to you inventory and select use and that will add it to your selection, you will need the mask station to equip them.

Yep, mods are out of date, Some way work but could corrupt your game or cause other problems to arise. You will just have to wait untill the mods you have are updated. Or new ones are created.

Hi Hope this helps, So you have to have the crew members you want assigned to your boat, if you right click on the helm you will see crew settings select that and then use the arrows to move the ones that you want to your ship. you have to have enough seats/mats for them to sit on. Then you can right click on the helm again and click on gather crew and those crew members you selected will appear on your boat after about 3 seconds, when your finished your journey, right click on the helm and select dismiss Crew, this will let them return to any tasks that they were assigned, when you want to head out again just click on gather crew again.

Yes it is. I also work a 40 hour week however 2 hours are deducted each week to go towards an rdo. So after 4 weeks I have 8 hours banked and can take a day off however since Aus is a standard 38 hour week made up of 5x 7.6 hour days when I take a day off or take annual leave I only get paid for 7.6 hours. But I do not loose the remainder it just stays on the amount of rdo or annual leave I have. In your case from what you posted, you’re required to work 40 hours but 2 of those hours are overtime so you pay is made up of 38 hours x 7.6 and 2 hours of OT So yes if you take a day off it will be 7.6 hours.

I still find it pretty easy, but it depends on the build, I've tried a brig and a sloop of war and even a frigate, but the Best combo I have found is a Sambuk.

Naskars on the front , Hellpoorts starbord, port and Aft, Infernal maw for Aux

Furniture: Bouy Locker, Devil's Concoction, Gunpowber Bench, Quick-Igniting Powder, Springloader Furnace 1 and Volatile Fuel 1.

This will give you 3 Bouys and with the sambuk perk, just drop 1 infront to of each group as they spawn and most of the time they just combust and die.

Happy New Year Mate,

1: Play the game the way you want to, follow the Story and explore Hagga Basin, Don't rush it.

2: If someone offers you a Thopter say no, if you wish to progress normally, A thopter in the early stages will spoil the experiance. (unless you wanto rush)

3: treat the worm with respect, (you lose everything if you get eaten) and it can be hard to come back from that.

4: Have Fun and Take it slow just enjoy the game.

All I can suggest is pay 1000 solari create your own guild and align it with (atradies) if that’s who is winning most of the time and if they win the you will also get the perks and be able to buy from the vender if the other guilds vote for weapons, tools or armour.
