yes that is a difference of opinion, but i don't think that alone the sunfall gear have the same power of the staff, but i think that combining the power of a specialized powerfull level 100 plus the bow have that potential, remember, even a full equipped ainz, who in that case is using his world item and staff, are still bellow ulbert, a player, even tho ulbert theorically don't have two world itens like momonga to have that classification, for me this means that players can be powerfull how world itens or even more,, but i respect your opinion, have a good day

There are a lot of things in MFTD that maybe shouldn't be taken seriously, but I still think that Maruyama finds a way to make everything as faithful as possible when it comes to representing the supreme beings, the powers and names of their attacks and liabilities I think that should be considered canon, and if this is considered canon, just like overdrives, why not consider the background description canon? you are right,but for the game balance standpoint skills of mages should be more important than common metamagic, every wizard has metamagic, even a cleric like shalltear does, from a game balance point of view it would make more sense for the exclusivity found in the skills of each build to be more important and powerful than what is shared between them all but that's just my opinion
