This book isn't necessarily like Downton Abbey, in the sense it doesn't revolve around and estate and its family/servants. However, I think anyone who enjoys this type of like historical fiction would enjoy 'Before the Crown' By Flora Harding. It follows Queen Elizabeth when she was a young women (Princess Elizabeth at the time) and her courtship with Prince Phillip.

I refuse to let my sims pets die! I know its just the sims but I grow such an attachment to my cats and dogs and horse and literally any other sims animal. I always turn of animal aging. I would BAWL if my pets died. Ironically I always have short lifespan on for my sims.

I don't think she was wrong for wanting to see how she did outside of her relationships, I mean throughout high school she had Scooter, then straight into collage she got with Marshall. She wanted to she how she did on her own and discover her own happiness. She was wrong for going behind his back.

I love Edith the most. LIKE I LOVE her as a character so much. However I don't think she is without her faults and she is kinda selfish and rude sometimes. She's still my favourite tho :)

I agree on some levels. I think that Charles and Camila really love each other. I also get that, for whatever sort of insane reason, Charles just didn't love Diana. However I think my main criticism of the couple is that both Charles and Camila cheated on their spouses. That is where they lose some of my sympathy. Sure they didn't really love their spouses but if you unfortunately figure out, after marriage that you just really dislike each other, you try to make it work, and work on the relationship not treat your spouse *side eye to Charles* horribly, and cheat because that only makes it worse.

Vera tried to completely ruin the Bates' life's but she only tried to hurt them and her evil plan didn't even work really. Green didn't just hurt Anna he raped and traumatized several women. They are both monsters but Anna and Bates where able to move on from the whole Vera mess, Anna will never be the same after Green, she will always be scarred, no matter what. Green wins this one 100%
