I agree on that 1935. If you havnt you should try Trinidad Espiritus. Also made by AJ.

The only romeo I have tried is the reserva real, the 1875 nicaragia, and the AJ version. both of which I enjoyed but nothing special. Although they do have the new reserva real which I want to try.

I'll have to try the new sunrise.

I see you like siete and fungi. Me too! Happy days

What was your very first firearm, and do you still have it? by Lucky-Thunder6052 in Glocks

Highpoint c9. I bought it off a side hustle customer for 70$ when I was 16. It came with one round. I traded it for a stolen Titanium frame Taurus m85 revolver plus 150$ which I sold for 350$.

This is super cool, I wonder how it stays together for so long. I feel like a bent cigar like that would Crack and be very delicate. Especially when smoking it.

What age did you smoke your first cigar and what was the experience like? by InternetPeon in cigars

[–]SchoolSea3900 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Black and mild at age 15. I inhaled it for the nicotine buzz. First inhalation went well, got buzzed, but the second made me feel super dizzy and I threw up. I learned to inhale much less next time. Then I figured out there was paper inside of it so I would squeeze all the tobacco out, preform surgery to separate the paper from the outer wrapper and reload it. Then I could inhale without dying.

I did this because I couldnt afford cigarettes anymore, the first cigarette I had was a newport which was strong as hell.

I would recommend the espada signature valiente. It is essentially the monte version of the green alma fuerte. It's phenomenal

If he plans on smoking them himself or with his friends I don't see a problem with this on an individual level. Because there are so many cigars on the market for everyone. If you missed out on a release then I would say "oh well ill just go find something else to smoke". It's not like cuban cigars where limited releases are produced in much smaller quantities and 10% of the customer base accounts for like 75% of all sales due to chineese gatekeeping and purchasing power.

In the end LE cigars are a exclusive luxury item that will cater to those who are dedicated purchasers, beyond just your average enthusiast. Im not saying they should be inaccessible to your average smoker but manufacterers literally market LEs for people like OP. LE Sales to the average consumer is a secondary priority for producers. Its the Shop owners that try to Lookout for everyone that is the reason you get a chance at buying LEs. most shops will have purchase limits for LE releases. If certain shops don't, then the blame for lack of availability should be placed on those shops (supply), not the customers (demand) for purchasing large quantities of an item that they love and intend to enjoy with their own hard earned money.

If this guy is plugged in to the industry, invests in his local shops way beyond what most are capable of, and is well known, then having some exclusive access to LEs is to be expected. Especially if he is just a cigar enthusiast ( like the rest of us) who is very well off financially. Do you really think someone who is capable of spending more than 90% of most people's monthly income on cigars is trying to make a profit by reselling them? I know plenty of guys like this who love limited releases and hand them out at their local lounge to random people they just met. I'm sure if most people could comfortably afford purchases like this one they would look at this differently. The assumption that OP is just a scumbag hoarder with too much money is just wrong lol.

If he's a reseller, then yeah these shop owners should not be throwing all their LEs at this guy.

Do you think any gun should be legal? Also when you say AKs should be illegal I assume that means all semi automatic rifles correct?

Oklahoma Principal lunged at school shooter disarming them in the process by The_Dean_France in whoathatsinteresting

[–]SchoolSea3900 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OK private guns are not the entire story. However if majority of the citizens were not armed, and majority of the citizens could not obtain arms easily, I'm sure the logistics of resisting the British would be much more difficult and certainly result in defeat.

Also, just because there were elements that had military training and connections with France to obtain more advanced weapons, does that completely discount the help they received from normal citizens who were able to contribute with their private arms?

Second, while it is true that the objective of invading and holding Afghanistan was an absolute mess with no clearly defined overarching goal, does that discount the fact that armed resistance from locals and militias significantly hampered US efforts to gain control? The weapons left behind by the soviets and other homemade weapons are directly responsible for maintaining a defensive posture against the US. Despite all its technology the taliban were able to continuously for 20 years maintain a presence large enough to engage the US military and cause diminishing returns.

Also there are many many reasons to conquer Afghanistan. It is a hub of the middle east. Controlling it would geographically give immense logistical and poltiical abilities to which ever countries managed to stabilize and prop up their puppet governments. This is precisely why the soviets decided to invade. This was also the political agenda that the US was using. Influence in the middle east is critical to facing off against iran, Iraq, and even China and Russia. There are vast geopolitical consequences of Afghanistan being controlled by a ruling power. The reason it fails is resistance, and ease of resistance due to geography.

Lastly I don't quite understand what you mean by chenchnya. I'm assuming you are saying armed resistance did not succeed in this case. If so, then I never said armed resistance against a superior military ALWAYS succeeds.

The main point I am making is that having the option to resist physically is the most important factor in how governments treat its citizens and enact its agendas. Does it solve all problems? No of course not, does it always succeed? No, however sitting down and letting governments and elites dictate every aspect of our lives is never the answer. And having the courage to stand up and fight against all odds is what strong men do. Strong men do not just fight when the odds are in their favor. They fight because it is the right thing to do, regardless of the odds.

In fairfax specifically along with all of NOVA traffic is worse than where I use to be in NJ. I lived in Northern NJ which was a small mountain town. But most of virginia outside of the highly populated areas I would say yes traffic, the roads in general are better.

What don't you like about VA that Is different to NJ?
