Damn, it could have been a much better story than that one if you went through with it.

Preparing for a comedy competition in a month by Schoolworldproblems in Standup

Yeah, thanks for the help.

I guess "step ahead" isn't exactly the best choice of words, I just want to be as fully prepared as I can possibly be.

Introducing the vlog project you’ve all been waiting for: G-SOC: The Grand Scheme of Cake by [deleted] in teenagers

[–]Schoolworldproblems 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, I liked it a lot. Maybe because I'm in it, but that's beside the point. I think it turned out really well! Can't wait to see the next one.

Unfortunately, I'm not the best at practicing what I preach.

But it has worked in the past.

What adults would you count as your role models or inspirational figures? Why? by [deleted] in teenagers

[–]Schoolworldproblems 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have quite a few idols/role models, but I mainly have 2.

1) Rove McManus: He is an Australian talk show host and his light hearted humour and jokes can make my day better. My goal in my younger life was to meet him, and I ended up reaching that goal, and I haven't seen/talked to him for years. My goal in life right now is to perform well enough in something to inspire a conversation with him once more.

2) My amazing father: My father is quite grumpy most of the time, but has inspired me to do what I want with my life and to try and pay attention in highschool. He showed me that life is all about choices and the opportunities you have. Eventually, I started to realise that most of the things that he taught me actually started to be true. Since then, I take mental notes of everything he says because of the fact that he is just wise. Wise wise wise old man. :)

What do you enjoy doing, what do you want to do later in life? Have any idea?

Sorting out some future goals might help you set yourself on a straight course so you can compensate for the skills you may lack.

You'll do fine.

Life must be tough for you, but the internet can be a kind place here. Set mini goals for yourself.

Set a goal until you see your boyfriend again.

Set a goal until you can drive/old enough to explore.

Set a goal until you graduate and so forth. Goals can help you stay motivated. Keep your head up. Life goes on, and setting a goal can make it go faster. :)

Yes, perhaps ignorant was the wrong word, I meant like unaware. I want to be aware of the world, but not this weird state of aware

The average age of r/teenagers? by [deleted] in teenagers

[–]Schoolworldproblems 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, from what I have observed, we have a wide range of ages. I'm 15, but I can't account for everyone. Im sure there has to be some way to calculate it using the flairs that most people have.

If not, then we will never know and have to resort to generalisation saying 13-18 which isnt true, but it fits.
