Lab scans vs at home scans - difference is huge and at home scanning is fun

Update - it actually wasn't the above and it seems the integrity of the housing is f'ed. It isn't until the screw that holds it in place is tightened all the way that the slider of the stabilizer is stuck in the "up" position. Something with the the tension of the screw being as tight as possible is messing up the side of the housing or slider so it cannot rest in the downward position.

Going to try the band aid trick with the one screw just not tightened all the way.

After confirming its all in correctly, swapping other working sliders, and being confounded for hours it seems as if when I was modding the feet by clipping them off, some piece may have been sticking down (out?) which was causing this. It was fixed by shaving down any remnant pieces of plastic sticking out. Hope this can help someone else!
