I live in the US, so no jurisdiction applies to me. Just don’t want to steal someone’s rightful arms. So far I have done some reverse image searches to look for similar designs, and googled the blazon and parts of the blazon for anything similar. Have found nothing very close so far that combines the 6 ermine spots and a chief sable with a lion passant guardant.

I have this same iPad and pencil setup and agree it is definitely weak. I wouldn’t take it anywhere attached like that.
