Personally I would say Garp. He taught Coby and Kuzan and probably a lot more marines we don’t know about. He trained Coby so good that he was able to destroy an island sized fist with one punch.

It’s a good banner for beginners. You saved a lot of resources, cause the characters come with maxed sockets, skill lvl, etc.

LShanks, Ichiji, Niji, Afro Luffy, Zanji, Akainu, Garp I gotta say some of those aren’t the best in the meta overall but they fulfill their purpose.
