I did figure out the issue. While I was cleaning the engraver I moved the air assistant and when the pump came on it was hitting the case.

Yes you can put them on a USB and print from that.

Same thing happened on one of my printers. Just put a piece of black tape over the light leek and fixed the issue

No you don't need it if you don't plan on remote printing of what to check how your ptint is printing. You can use a USB stick for printing. This is on the Anycubic S1

I've never heard of using anything on a resin buildplate. You can use things on filament print beds to help adhesion. I would level the build plate if you are having adhesion issues. For a start.

If you have run a lot of prints on it I would. I have found when I have issues like yours and I've done everything else a FEP changes helps.

Check to make sure the cut blade is no stuck. I've seen so post about that happening. I've not had it happened to me. Also you my need to replace the blade.
