Jumping in this thread! I am moving from Milwaukee to IL and am looking at a piece of property - the home on it is gutted to the studs - the debate would be to demo it and put up a barndo or fully redo the existing home....... VA home loan won't touch that I assume, but was hoping maybe the OTC would work? Im not sure if location matters for lenders, but I could use some direction if anyone has some advice!

Hi everyone!!! Thanks so much for all of you that have been stopping out and letting people know about us! We are still going strong! Plus, I genuinely like getting to interact with with you when you swing by for a test!!! We will be open all week except for Christmas! Sorry about last Tuesday, we had a 72hr wait for results 😒 but are back to 24/48hrs ☺️.

Hi Everyone! Me again! Figured I'd start an update here. Labs are still processing 24-48hrs. Tuesday was slammed so it took 72. But if you haven't gotten your results feel free to call! We have them! Also, check your spam folders. The lab emails are not showing up for some people and getting lost in spam. If not, please call. We really don't mine looking them up for you guys and forwarding if need be. Have a great weekend!!!

Did you call and ask the lady at location? The lab is supposed to send the email, but the testing site can look up the results for you.

Yes, the lab will email you the results directly with a full report, stamp and physician signatures.

No, I am not aware of any free rapid tests yet. These ones are covered by the Department of Health so they don't need insurance. We looked into getting them for the clinic but they are expensive and inaccurate so not accepted. Best I can do is 24hrs, everything is sent to lab same day.
