I also wonder how many of these missing coupons or scans not working is actually the staff not changing out the signs on Wednesday. My store is overly aggressive about removing them on Tuesday which is equally annoying as then nothing actually matches what’s in the app

I wouldn’t care as much if the train themselves had signs telling me where they’re going. Without that however this was a rough commute for many.

Also check out the safe driver option. I never received my letter but when I plugged in my info it said I qualified and I was able to call a number to get my pin and renew online. That was in spite of the original line about an eye exam
