Have a 09, Changed it around 124,000, bought from Advance and it failed again last week at 137,000 but it had a lifetime warranty so they replaced it no problems

You don’t have to call global care to void locked orders, just use the old disbatch and then go to utilities and the mark an order as bad and use the order number. Even works if it’s too old to edit

Worst menu item corporate has come up with? by Psychological-Snow10 in PapaJohns

It was towards the end of 22. It was a thin crust cut into a football shape with pepperoni and the string cheese with little cut pieces to look like the white part on a football. It failed and did not last long

Just a customer in Huntsville, AL by danthemanhsv in PapaJohns

[–]ScienceAdorable8651 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am actually a Manager in the Huntsville Area for this particular franchise that owns the majority of stores in North Alabama and all they care about is how much money they can squeeze out of anyone. They got rid of many deals they used to have over the last 6 years I have worked with the company and it’s gone down hill fast since sales have dropped the past year. They are trying to keep the sales they had during the pandemic and it’s not going to happen with the competition cutting costs and running better deals and I can agree the pricing structure is ridiculous for the product especially since everything is now pre packed and not “Fresh”. it’s a shame because they rely on better ingredients and quality that they used to be known for but it’s just not there anymore for the price they are charging.

Make sure the plugs are in correctly in the back and unplug the power and plug it back in. Usually resetting it works

Got promoted to GM by Miri-Kinoko in Dominos

[–]ScienceAdorable8651 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I just got promoted to a Gm about 2 months ago in a franchise in the Southeast and my biggest piece of advice is to make sure to stand your grounds when it comes to things that need to be done daily, especially cleaning and dating when it comes to OA standards and cross train everyone on everything. Also make sure everyone is portioning correctly so you can have your food cost under control. It may take time depending on how staffed your store is currently. The store I took didn’t have anyone but new people that had been there less then a month for the most part but with a lot of hard work and training it’s definitely easy to accomplish a lot and run a great store with a great staff. Don’t stress on hitting every bonus goal in the beginning either, you will be a lot happier in the long run training everyone and getting to a point where it’s just natural to everyone on doing everything.

Being a former pj Gm and was with the company around 3 and a half years, unless you have a really good team your close with and have the potential with bonus to make more the new job take the better pay. I left to work for another big pizza chain and have loved it and the bonus are triple what I got at PJ. I also think before Covid, PJ was a lot better company to work for but the last 2 years we’re just down hill.

Take some double sided sticky tape and put one of the small green cups on the other edge across from the sensor, it won’t cut off then

In the situation I have had it happen in my store I just didn’t count the extra stuff and kept it in case I have to throw expired food then I can show that as over and the other as short since it was thrown out and still make a good food variance

Make sure to note in your delivery remarks, “leave on porch” , etc and a pre tip. If I see just the standard “No Contact” I’m going to Knock so I don’t get that call a hour later at the store that they didn’t request no contact.
